CapCenter's ZERO Closing Costs offer pays for or waives the closing costs typically required to process a home loan, on eligible loans: the origination, credit report, flood certification, tax service, title search, wire and delivery fees, plus lender's and owner's title insurance, survey, settlement agent and appraisal fees when they're required and provided by an approved agent. Limitations apply; see Product Offer Details.
Escrow deposits and prepaid mortgage interest, which we don't cover. On a purchase, at least your first year's homeowners insurance premium. On FHA or VA loans, or above 80% loan-to-value, you may owe an upfront mortgage insurance premium or a VA Funding Fee. Any survey or inspection you need, and government fees and taxes to record your deed and mortgage, may also apply. Anything not on our list of covered fees is yours.
