Yes. 1% of the sale price (minimum $3,000) when you buy and sell with CapCenter within a year; 1.5% if you only sell. It does not include any commission you choose to offer a buyer’s agent. There is ZERO broker admin fee and ZERO listing photos fee.
Buy with a CapCenter REALTOR® and receive a credit of up to 0.5% of the purchase price at closing. Finance with CapCenter too and you also get ZERO Closing Costs.
Yes. The agent is full service either way. The Realty Purchase Credit applies when you buy with a CapCenter REALTOR®.
