Homestead Preserve is an environmentally designed development covering 4000 acres adjoining the 10,000 acre Nature Conservancy mountain. Most homes are within a quarter mile walk to The Homestead with its extensive amenities and membership. 21 Shepherds Trail adjoins the North Walking Trail that begins at the Hotel and climbs through the Preserve into an extensive trail system in TNC. An easier walk takes you to the pool and driving range.
