116 East Catoctin Dr

This lot is on the 13th tee of Devils Knob Golf Course and has a seasonal view of the Shenandoah Valley. The night view in winter is spectacular. It is private and is next door to an attractive home that is used as a second home and not rented. Several years ago there was a fire, which destroyed the home and the owners decided not to rebuild. It is the reason the site is cleared and utilities in place for a new construction, which will be a savings to a new owner. It is also just off the 11th green and a short walk to the Wintergarden Spa, Golf Clubhouse and Devils Grill. Ski shuttle stops nearby at Westwood.
