2603 Toddville Road

This bungalow is located in the quaint, water oriented community of Toddville. It has had some repairs including a brand new architectural shingled roof. More repairs still needed-likely new well is needed. Great get away or hunting/fishing cabin, or primary residence if you are seeking peace and quiet! Elijah's store is just down the road, so no need to drive to Cambridge for supplies. Prior contract fell thru due to personal reasons of buyer.
