Mortgage refinances are not eligible to receive the rate discount.

How it works:
- Fill out and submit the form on this page.
- We’ll connect with you to discuss all CapCenter has to offer, and enroll you in our Professional Partner Program.
- Refer clients to CapCenter. Ask them to select “Real Estate Agent” as an option under “How did you hear about CapCenter?” and select your name from the drop down menu.
- CapCenter will ask the Realtor® to provide written email confirmation of their relationship with the client.
- You will be notified when your client originates their loan, so you know they’re getting the preferred rate.
