CapCenter will offer a discount in the amount of 1/8 of one percent off of the final interest rate for clients who are referred to CapCenter by a Realtor® participant in the Realtor Partner Program (the “Program”). The discount is one eighth of one percent (0.125%) less than the zero-point interest rate offered by CapCenter on the day that the interest rate is locked for the client’s loan type and purpose. To be eligible for the discount:
1. The referring Realtor® must be a participant in the Program. To participate, the referring Realtor® must supply CapCenter with some basic contact information to CapCenter, as provided on the Program Enrollment Form.
2. The loan applicant/client must indicate that they were referred by a Realtor® and select their referring Realtor® from the drop-down menu on the loan application.
3. The client must actually close on a purchase mortgage loan transaction with CapCenter. Loan approval is subject to CapCenter’s product offerings and underwriting approval.
4. The Realtor® must consent to receive ‘Marketing’ communication from CapCenter. Effectively, this will look like a monthly newsletter outlining product or industry updates that are relevant to the Realtor®.
5. The Realtor® must consent to an annual review/renewal to stay active with the Program.
By enrolling, the Realtor® agrees to employ appropriate safeguards to protect the non-public personal information of the referred client in accordance with applicable law.
The incentive is provided directly to the client. No fee, kickback, or other thing of value will be given from CapCenter to the referring Realtor® in exchange for the referral.
The incentive will be applied at closing. It is the client’s responsibility to fully review the final Closing Disclosure and Promissory Note before signing to ensure the correct rate is applied.
CapCenter reserves the right to modify the terms of, or terminate, the Program at any time. Subject to agency restrictions, this offer is combinable with CapCenter’s Zero ClosingCost Mortgage Program. The discount may not be combinable with any other discount or offer from CapCenter.
