Sam joined CapCenter with twenty-five years of finance and marketing experience in both the private and public sectors. After earning his MBA from Virginia Tech, Sam spent six years with Altria and three years with The Coca-Cola Company. In 2001 Sam returned to Blacksburg to serve as Virginia Tech’s Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations and, more recently as Associate Vice President for Alumni Relations. In his current role, Sam is leading CapCenter’s expansion into Southwest Virginia. Sam and his wife, along with their twin daughters, reside in Blacksburg, VA.

Erik graduated with a degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Development from Virginia Commonwealth University’s Business School. He enjoys the outdoors and is a competitive cyclist.

Pam was one of CapCenter’s first employees when the company was founded in 1997 and since then she has helped thousands of customers refinance their mortgages. Prior to joining CapCenter, Pam worked as a professional accountant. She graduated from the University of Richmond with a B.S. degree in Accounting.

Sarah earned a B.S. degree in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech. Prior to joining CapCenter, she worked in residential real estate specializing in new home construction and client relations. Sarah is an avid Virginia Tech fan and very active in the local chapter of the alumni association.
