Business Development Manager
CapCenter, one of the top ranked residential mortgage companies in Virginia, has
a new Business Development Manager position available in the metropolitan Richmond
area. We’re looking for a highly motivated marketing professional to fill this salaried
position, working out of our Glen Allen office.
CapCenter has been in business since 1997 and continues to grow even during these
difficult times. We have a stellar reputation among our customers and our business
partners and have closed over 12,000 loans in the past 10 years. We are a direct
mortgage lender offering a wide range of mortgage products, including FHA loans.
The Business Development Manager role is a B2B position and involves building new
and strengthening existing relationships with referral partners – primarily local
realtors. The Business Development Manager will work closely with our in house Loan
Consultants and Closing Attorneys who underwrite, process and close the loans.
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in B2B sales and relationship
management
Entrepreneurial drive
Initiative and personal accountability
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Self discipline required for structured sales
call follow up
Industry experience is a plus, but is not mandatory
Ability to master multiple products and processes
Must have a college degree (this is not negotiable)
Must be able to travel within Virginia (very
limited over night travel)

Account Manager

a new Account Manager position available in the metropolitan Richmond area. We are
looking for a highly motivated marketing professional to fill this part time, commission-based
position.
CapCenter has been in business since 1997 and continues to grow even during these
difficult times. We have a stellar reputation among our customers and our business
partners and have closed over 12,000 loans in the past 10 years. We are a direct
mortgage lender offering a wide range of mortgage products, including FHA loans.
The Account Manager role involves building relationships with target customer groups,
such as attorneys, accountants, and financial planners. The Account Manager will
identify and solicit mortgage origination opportunities as well as make sales presentations
to targeted groups. The A.M. will work with our in house Loan Consultants who underwrite
and process the loan applications and will serve as the point of contact for communication
with prospects and customers.
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in B2B sales and relationship
management
Entrepreneurial drive

Mortgage origination experience is a definite
advantage, but is not mandatory
Excellent written and oral communication skills,
including public speaking
Self discipline required for structured sales
call follow up
Ability to master multiple products and processes
and to stay current with economic trends and industry conditions
Must have a college degree (this is not negotiable)
Must be able to travel daily within Virginia
(very limited over night travel)
